This will be a training session for SIG/WG Chairs and Tech Leads (or aspiring leaders) who want to understand how to use our community assets.

We will be discussing:
- Documentation of existing materials
- Zoom information
- Mailing list moderation and management
- Slack
- Calendaring
- YouTube channel
- SIG Governance
- Participation in our mentorship programs
- Code of Conduct
- And everything else a leader needs

Note that we also want to use this session for existing leaders to swap tips and recommendations with others so that we share information across SIGs.
